Romero strikes out Ortiz to end it, Rays hold off Red Sox

Enny Romero earned his first major league save, relieving with two outs in the ninth inning and fanning Red Sox slugger David Ortiz to give the Tampa Bay Rays a 2-1 win Wednesday.
