Sanchez scores as Inter edge Salzburg in UCL

Inter Milan's Alexis Sanchez and Hakan Calhanoglu were both on target as the Italian side beat Austrian champions Salzburg 2-1 in Champions League Group D on Tuesday to go top of the standings.
